From Blythewood, ground service reaches most of the Midwest and Northeast in one to two business days, the Southeast in two, Texas and the Mountain states in three, and the West Coast in four to five. Ohio addresses are frequently next-day on ground rates, which is one of the nicer things about being here.
Shipped by air only, quoted at checkout. Free-shipping threshold does not apply. Some abrasives and solvent-based finishes cannot go by air at all — the product page says so, and we'll refund rather than surprise you.
We ship to Canada, the UK, Australia, and the EU. You pay duty and VAT on arrival; we do not undervalue invoices, and we won't mark a $200 order as a gift. Canadian customers see a duty estimate on product pages as a courtesy.
Anything marked On backorder is typically 10–14 days out. We charge when it ships, not when you order, and in-stock items in the same order go out immediately at no extra shipping cost.
Unused tools in resellable condition come back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. No restocking fee. You pay return postage unless the error was ours, in which case we email you a prepaid label.
Email info@grainforgetoolworks.click with your order number and one sentence about why. You'll get an RMA number the same business day. Write it on the outside of the box, not on the product packaging — if the manufacturer's box is destroyed we can't resell the tool and can only offer partial credit.
